Return & Refund Policy
Customers must raise any complaint regarding the product within 24 hours of delivery. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, with original tags intact.

Customers are required to record an unboxing/opening video when receiving the product. While returning the product, please pack it securely and record a video while sending it back.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, our team will initiate the refund or exchange within 24 hours.

Terms of Service
By placing an order with EETH, customers agree to follow our shipping, return, and refund policies. Requests raised after the specified time frame or without proper proof may not be accepted.
